Culture of Contact Episode 12: Jeff Ritzmann Part Deux (of Deux)
| Played: 632 | Download | Duration: 00:00:00
The second half of the much-heralded Jeff Ritzmann interview. Jeff tells us what happened 13 years ago that made him connect the dots between UFOs and his childhood experiences. He then takes us into the events that led to him leaving ufology behind...and what brought him back.
This is another heart-pounder as we near Halloween in our exclusive mini series on authentic abductees. Don't miss it!

Jeremy --
I was hesitant to comment, for fear that two men would come to my door, force their way in, and try to sell me life insurance.
(Oh, what the hell.)
Incredible stuff, this. It's wonderful you've found yourself in a circle of such brave and insightful individuals.
I suspect many people have had experiences of the nature you and Jeff had described, but can't remember them because of the sheer terror provoked by the experiences. My understanding is that not being able to remember traumatic experiences temporarily is a mechanism that protects the victims of violent crimes. I'm guessing this is the mind's way of attempting to sort it out on an unconscious level before allowing it to come to the conscious level.
I further suspect that those individuals who are willing to face their fear are the ones who will go the farthest in understanding this phenomenon.

Somehow, magically, my question disappeared so I'll ask it again. Jeff, what happened during the incident that you said you "got a piece of them too" (in reference to the blood-like substance on the rug).

One night after I'd become aware that this wasn't all bullshit, and that it was in my life and had been for most (all?) of it, I inadvertently grabbed one by the face (long story of circumstances). When I realized what it was, I put my thumbs between it's eyes and squeezed as hard as I could. When my thumbnails dug into the ends of my other fingers and palm, I realized I didnt have to apply so much pressure. The thing crumpled up like a newspaper balloon (if that makes any sense)...like paper with nothing in it. I remember that my thumbs actually went thru, like a hole...but his/her whole body sucked in and crumpled like that. Sorta like a weaker version of a cicada shell. I dont remember anything other then something rushing up to me, then I woke up on the floor in the living room.

Wonderful interview, guys. But as horrible as the abduction thing was for Jeff, the insurance salesmen really gave me a scare. Humans have to be the worst of the bad guys.
I should have listened to this in the morning instead of the dead of night.

You should live it. LOL...it wasnt that scary til I realized what was really goin on...then I aint ashamed to say I was witless.

Wow. So Jeff got a visit from the men in black (or navy blue). There's no way I would let anyone in at 3:00 am. Weird. Another awesome podcast Jeremy. Keep up the great work.

They more or less skirted their way in like any sales guy tries to do, but with more force...believe it, I just wanted to go home, as I was dead on my ass as it was. The guy in front more or less made it impossible to close the door..in retrospect if I would have said "No you aint coming in", I have to wonder what they would have done. Would the cat hav been out of the bag then and there?

I was wondering the same thing. Maybe it was better to let them in....scary.

What a fantastic interview. VERY scary account of the early morning visit from the 'insurance salesmen'. They're normally scary enough, but when they have another motive at heart, its got to be worse. Ive heard of similar accounts of threats from such guys "no-one would ever know what happened to you" etc. It does indicate that someone knows enough about the 'situation' to issue such warnings and also shows that they appear to have a great deal of knowledge about individual's lives and actions. :S

Tonight's interview is with Capt. Robert Salas who witnessed UFOs shut down 10 nukes in 1967. I find what he says about the reaction from higher-ups equally creepy in that "We know what's going on" sort of way.

Have to catch the Salas interview later, but I'm really looking forward to it too. I was bowled over by Salas and continue to feel he's the most credible witness (if not eye-witness) today. The man's demeanor says it all. The guy is just solid and that's the best description I can come up with.
