i really didn't think i would like this episode, but i really did. David is really down to earth. However when i looked at his art it has a very spooky quality to it. It's actually quite good art. Fun interview Jeremy, i like this guys art a lot.

Interesting little talk...and interesting artwork. I seem to remember hearing (and seeing) Mr. Huggins interviewed in a documentary a while back that aired on the Discovery Channel (at least here in Korea)...David Jacobs was also featured.
Hope you've been able to find a copy of "The High Strangeness..." that I recommended earlier...another interesting and maybe important perspective on some of this stuff...and also, have by any chance you read Nigel Kerner's book, "The Song of teh Greys"?
At any rate...glad to hear Jeremy that you've got a little more room to spread out and strut your freaky stuff now...congrats, and good luck with the experimentation.

UPDATE: Just read the Wiki article. It's not that.
"They won't appear at the very center of the visual field, because there are no blood vessels in the fovea."
This appears all over the visual field and it clearly appears "out there," not in my eyeball like a floater or a dead cell.

I looked at the art first, and I really kind of like it. I tried listening to the interview but quickly had heard quite enough. I hope the artwork stays available.

Bloody good podcast - bit of a surprise by all accounts. just re-inforces a lot of what you read/hear about the abduction/contact phenomena. I dont think we will ever figure it out completely as we are just about limited by our own interpretation of whatever their agenda may be. Again, David mentioned sickly looking babies which I believe is quite common with the whole deal, especially if he was fathering them by er.... making a contribution towards their development
Dont know if youve ever heard of Mary Rodwell, Jeremy but she wrote a book entitled Awakening which gives a good viewpoint on the contact phenomena. I really would love to hear yourself/Jeff R and/or D. Biedney interview her as I think you guys have the best insight into the phenomena as it stands. She has some good ideas in her book and theres some accounts which sound very similar to some which ive heard mentioned by you guys on the various interviews youve done.

I dont know whether I really liked the interview or not this time... David seems like a good guy and all, but it left me wondering a few things. One nagging thought above all - did he get tested and have any DNA or genital tests to prove he wasnt all dreaming it? After so many times, I know I would have - if nothing more to prove some kind of Contact....

and answered likewise. No proof of anything - and "take it or leave it"
as David has said. He's not selling anything which is a big ++. And certainly very good testimony that qualifies as good empirical evidence with proof ever beyond our reach.

I sort of see Dave as someone who buys the reality of the archetype he's encountered. It's a common archetypal entity, but he's managed to turn the once "evil" entities into something benign in his head. He buys the whole shooting match as he experiences it.
I'm not sure it's perverse, but it is human to say, "It is what it is." I just happen to think it's healthier to not stop there, but hey, no one ever accused me of being right either.
